Star Wars Light Saber Graflex Luke Skywalker Prop Vintage

This is a vintage Graflex Star Wars Light saber. I don't know how to get it open, so I'm not sure if it works or not, I assume its the two Allen wrench nuts on the bottom, but they seem to be striped. (I have another listed that does work, so this one at least PROBABLY has the workings inside to work, they came from the same estate / person). Measures about 10.5 long. Some scuffs and scratching throughout but overall good condition. Also not sure who made this, but the person who owned it was active in the hobby in the 1980s and'90s.
