I have included a magnified close up of the paint issue on his hand. Grading report and a pic of figure pre-grade that displays the shark fin like paint protruding off of hand. I wish I would've taken more pics before I sent in, but I send a lot of figures in for grading. Therefore I cannot guarantee if split in paint was present pre-grade or occurred during transit.
